20 Days Combined East African Safari
Day 1: Arrival Nairobi
Meet and greet upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. After a brief introduction, a transfer will be arranged to your hotel for leisure. Overnight at the Jacaranda Hotel Meal plan D
Day 2: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and spend the early afternoon at leisure. Enjoy a game drive at 1600hrs in search of wildlife. Dinner and Overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge (B/L/D)
Day 3: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara
After breakfast depart for the world’s famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Enjoy a leisurely drive arriving at the lodge in time for lunch and spend the early afternoon at leisure. Enjoy a game drive at 1600hrs in search of wildlife, Dinner and Overnight at Mara Simba Lodge (B/L/D)
Day 4: Maasai Mara
Enjoy an early morning game drive at 0630hrs in search of wildlife. Return to the lodge for breakfast and spend the day at leisure. Lunch at the lodge. Enjoy a game drive at 1600hrs in search of wildlife, Dinner and Overnight at Mara Simba Lodge (B/L/D)
Day 5: Massai Mara – Nairobi
After breakfast, depart for Nairobi with a brief stopover at The View Point to marvel at the scenic beauty of The Great Rift Valley. Arrive in the afternoon for a mouth watering barbeque lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant. Later on a transfer will be arranged to the hotel for leisure. Overnight at the Jacaranda Hotel (B/L)
Day 6: Nairobi – Departure. Arrival Kilimanjaro
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight. Arrival Kilimanjaro Airport On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, meet & greet with our other representative before being transferred to your hotel for overnight stay(B/L/D). Day 7: Kilimanjaro – Lake Manyara
Driver /guide will pick you up at 08h00 hours from your hotel from where you will depart for Lake Manyara, via Arusha. Have a picnic lunch prior to taking on a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Dinner and overnight stay (B/L/D). Kirurumu
Day 8: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast depart for Serengeti National Park, with a game drive and picnic lunch en route. Later in the afternoon, take on a short game drive in Serengeti National Park. Have the evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay (B/L/D). Seronera Wildlife Lodge/ Serena Lodge/ Sopa Lodge
Day 9: Serengeti National Park

Day 10: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater
Rise early for a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. After lunch depart for Ngorongoro Crater Rim, with a stopover for a game drive en-route. Dinner and overnight stay (B/L/D). Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge/ Serena Lodge/ Sopa Lodge
Day 11: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast descend to the Crater floor for full day game drive. Have lunch at hippo pool picnic site; ascend to the rim. Dinner and overnight stay (B/L/D). Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge/ Serena Lodge/ Sopa Lodge
Day 12: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
After breakfast departure for Arusha with lunch at Arusha. Dinner and over night at the hotel in Arusha. Mount Meru/ Moivaro Coffee Plantation Lodge
Day 13: Departure Arusha – Arrival Entebbe
Arusha – Entebbe International Airport Transfer to the Airport from where you will catch up with a flight to Entebbe International Airport , upon arrival in Uganda, meet and greet with our representative before transfer to Kampala for dinner and overnight at Kampala Serena Hotel (B/L/D).
Day 14: Kampala – Kibale National Park
Leave Kampala after breakfast for the fascinating drive through papyrus swamps and thick jungle of the Nile Delta to Kibale National Park just under the Rwenzori Mountains. Afternoon guided walk in the crater lakes area of the park for outstanding cultural visit. Meals and over night at Kyaninga Lodge. A stunning location overlooking a dramatic Crater Lake and the fabled “Mountains of the Moon”. Evening crater visit around the crates is amazing. Meal plan: (L, D)
Day 15: Kibale National Park – Queen Elizabeth National Park
In the morning you will have breakfast to transfer to Kibale Head quarters for briefing before setting off for a forest walk in search for chimpanzees. The forest walk will be guided to provide information not only on chimpanzees and primates but also on small organisms making it interesting. The walk will reward you with other primates like Grey cheeked Mangabeys, Colobus monkeys, Red-tailed. After chimp trekking drive to Queen Elizabeth. This trip also enables visitor chance to see spectacular birds. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge (Lodge Facility) Meal Plan Lunch and Dinner
Day 16: Queen Elizabeth Park National Park
Dawn game drive in Uganda’s best park, where all the big game can be seen in abundance. Famous for elephant and kob, expect to see some rarer animals like giant forest hog. There are 638 recorded bird species in the park! After lunch, enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel which connects Lakes Edward and George, for large numbers of buffalo and hippo. Dinner and overnight at spectacular Mweya Lodge right on the edge of the escarpment overlooking the Uganda great Lakes and Maramagambo forest. Meal plan: (B, L, D)
Day 17: Queen – Bwindi
Today’s drive is through what is probably East Africa’s most spectacular scenery, the highland rain forests which reach to the volcanoes in which live the mountain gorillas. A visit to the bat Cave close to Maramagambo forest or a glance of Kyambura gorge is a must! Make a game drive at Ishasha on your way to Bwindi in search of the tree climbing lions. Later, drive to Bwindi via the beautiful scenery of the tea plantations. This is the lushest highland rain forest on earth, filled with primates and exotic birds. The afternoon is spent on a foot safari around the local communities living around the park. Dinner and over night at Buhoma Lodge Meal plan: (B, L, D)
Day 18: Bwindi Gorilla Trekking
Begin the day with breakfast ready for trekking, which begins at 8:00 am with a briefing from the UWA staff. Ensure to carry along with you rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots etc The guides will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy Primates for a group you have been booked for. Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare Mountain Gorilla, perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The tracking may take between 2 and 6 hours but it’s well worth the effort. The afternoon is spent on a village walk.
The Buhoma Village Walk gives you a great opportunity to see how the people surrounding Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. It also is a great way to support the local community in a direct way. The Walk begins with your guide at Buhoma Community Rest Camp and is most informative, rewarding to the average visitor. Day 19: Bwindi National Park – Kabale (Lake Bunyonyi)
After an early breakfast, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi in Kabale. The afternoon is spent for relaxation and sightseeing around the Lake. Overnight stay at Bunyonyi Safari Resort Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 20: Lake Bunyonyi
After early breakfast, ready for a boat ride thereafter drive back to Kampala with a visit to Igongo Cultural village to explore and learn the Bahima and Ankole culture. This is the place where the future meets the past.
